Rescheduling/Cancellation/No-Show Policy
If for any reason you decide to reschedule or cancel an appointment with Marcelle, 24-hours notice is required to receive a full credit toward your new call time, or a refund to your credit card. If less than 24-hours notice is given, or you are a no-show, you will remain responsible for the cost of your scheduled call.
